Master Planning
The new 300,000-square-foot development transforms an obsolete, underutilized commercial parcel into a 13-acre master planned mixed-income community in Princeton, New Jersey. The design encompasses 221 state-of-the-art units thoughtfully programmed across seven townhomes, two 3-story walk-up stacked flats, and a 130-unit building. This development caters to various housing needs, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Eleven units are dedicated as affordable, while an additional five units are earmarked for residents with disabilities.
The 8,000 square foot clubhouse provides an array of amenities, including a fitness center and studio, a swimming pool with a sun deck, a dog park, and a pet spa. Multiple outdoor courtyards offer spaces for socialization, recreation, and grilling that create a vibrant community atmosphere. The development features expansive coworking spaces equipped with flexible communal work areas, including private and semi-private work pods, touch-down tables, and a spacious multimedia conference room. The interiors were designed by AvalonBay Communities.
