Phil Renzi

With more than 30 years of development in ground-up construction and historic adaptation of underutilized assets, I recognize when partnerships have value. I've had the pleasure of working with Phil on complex pro-jects – his design expertise and project management capabilities are essential to each project's success. Partnering with TAT and Phil has resulted in award-winning developments ranging from the new construction of the Carruth and Treadmark buildings in Peabody Square in Dorchester to the innovative restoration and transformation of Courthouse Lofts in Worcester. Phil is a reliable partner, generous contributor, and trusted advisor.
