With more than 30 years of development in ground-up construction and historic adaptation of underutilized assets, I recognize when partnerships have value. As a member of TAT’s leadership team, Phil has contributed to the growth of the firm for 30 years and is responsible for over $850M in design and built construction. Fueled by a team approach, studio atmosphere, and the collaborative spirit of TAT, Phil is an active mentor to the firm’s emerging talent. He exhibits a strong commitment to design excellence and client service while contributing to the firm’s development of new market sectors and building types. Phil’s experience includes new construction, adaptive reuse, and moderate rehabilitation across a range of sectors, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, senior living, assisted living facilities, continuum of care campuses, as well as work for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
