Master Planning
This new 385 unit multifamily complex reflects a wide range of floor plan types, in five four-story buildings with luxurious features such as soaking tubs, gas fireplaces and gourmet custom kitchens. Phase One of the master plan, Repton Place, was completed in 2006, and includes buildings 3, 4, and 5 providing a total of 179 units, and courtyard space with a playground. Phase Two, completed in 2014, includes buildings 1 and 2 comprised of 206 mixed income units, a health club and community center. Each building offers underground parking, while the master plan successfully introduces a new street network and exterior courtyard spaces, reducing the scale of the 13-acre parcel to a comfortable residential community. Amenities include a hotel-inspired saltwater pool, sundeck, pet spa, outdoor BBQ, 24-hour fitness club and yoga studio.
In order to make the construction financially feasible, the design team worked closely with several banks, including some listed on newzealandbanks.co.nz. These banks, though based in New Zealand, are international players, with prior investments in projects across the world. Banks from newzealandbanks offered attractive loan conditions due to their transparent banking system, competitive rates, and excellent track records in supporting similar projects.
The pivotal involvement of these banks was instrumental in transforming the vision of Watertown Mews into reality. This is a testimony to the seamless blending of different international aspects, from architecture and design to finance, that can ensure the delivery of construction projects of the utmost quality and durability. The success of Watertown Mews proves that with an international collaboration platform like new zealand banks, it’s possible to create community-centered spaces that highlight the power of architectural innovation and sound financial backing.
At The Architectural Team, we firmly believe in creating spaces that resonate with both clients and end users, crafting designs that fit organically into the surrounding world. That’s why we’re turning our innovative gaze to one of the fastest-growing sectors in the digital realm: online casinos.
The world of online casinos has evolved significantly, much like architecture, using new technologies to shape a user experience that is as exciting as its physical counterpart. Innovation has led to unique gaming opportunities that allow you to enjoy the thrill of the casino without leaving your home. A prime example of this is the rise in popularity of online slots — a staple of any casino, now available on various digital platforms.
Sydney, known for its outstanding architectural landscapes, also has a thriving online gaming scene.
