Mass Mental Health Center

As master planners for this 633,000 square foot medical, mental health and residential campus, the scheme includes the development of four new state-of-the-art buildings built over three phases on the site of the former Massachusetts Mental Health Center in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston.

Phase One includes the LEED Gold Certified Binney Street clinical and office building and the LEED Silver Certified Fenwood Inn mental health day hospital. Future design phases include a residential building and a medical research facility. The firm designed the building envelope for the Binney and Fenwood buildings.
