Design for Aging Review
Working within an unadorned exposed brick and timber shell space, the first task was to understand the culture of the organization in a series of free-flowing user rap sessions in which conventional notions of hierarchy, communication, and control were continually explored and challenged.
Concepts of flexibility and teaming were eventually identified and crafted into a physical layout. Thematic motifs relative to travel specialties were overlaid to reinforce emotions of team identity within the company as well as a sense of fun.
