Bob is an exemplary leader in historic preservation and adaptive reuse, having designed over 30 award-winning certified historic buildings. He has made a career of preserving the architectural heritage not only of New England, but of other distinct architectural regions throughout the U.S. The range of Bob's work and unparalleled depth of experience in historic preservation and affordable housing earned him elevation to Fellowship in the American Institute of Architects in 2012. In 2010, Bob was honored with Habitat for Humanity's American Dream Award in recognition of a lifetime of achievement in the mission of providing quality affordable housing; and more recently was awarded the 2011 Industry Excellence Award from the Rental Housing Association for his lifetime achievement in exemplifying excellence in rental housing through community and civic involvement and professionalism in all aspects of multifamily development.
