Working collaboratively with the Creative Brand Manager and strategic partners, you will be a member of a dynamic and responsive team, playing a critical role in supporting the strategic direction of The Architectural Team, Inc.’s (TAT) corporate messaging presence externally and across the entire organization. As trusted communicators and authentic storytellers, the TAT Marketing Team creates and executes meaningful content and touch points that support the firm’s brand/positioning and overall business strategy.
As one of the firm’s brand and messaging champions, you must have the ability to plan and execute marketing activities for a wide range of cohesive marketing communications and public relations programs. An upbeat, enthusiastic, positive attitude and problem-solving mindset is essential.
In this role, you will be asked to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity with keen attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance immediate deadlines and long-term goals is critical.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, exceptionally organized with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. He/she combines a strong work ethic with a creative spirit, an openness to learning, and an eagerness to invest time understanding the A/E/C industry.
The successful candidate will be able to work directly with the firm’s partners, a team of project managers, graphic designers, clients as well as outsourced strategic partners.
